Sara Breeding is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate and franchise law, with a focus on in-house legal services and business development. She has been with Radiance Holdings, LLC since its inception and has played a key role in the growth and legal oversight of its brands—Sola Salons since 2017 and Woodhouse Spas since its acquisition in 2020.

Sara has been instrumental in driving compliance, managing risk, and supporting brand expansion, including the acquisition of franchise locations. Prior to her in-house roles, she practiced law in Maryland’s state courts and served as a judicial law clerk in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City.

She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University.
