Chief Operating Officer, Sola

Elliot Baldini serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sola Salons, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience across consumer and franchise brands. Before joining Sola, he served as President of Reva Dental Implant Center and, prior to that, as Chief Marketing Officer at Hubble Contacts and School of Rock. Earlier in his career, he held commercial leadership roles at Guitar Center and Sears Holdings.

Elliot was drawn to Sola by its model of enabling independent professionals to build their own small businesses, and by his belief in the confidence people gain from looking and feeling their best. He is passionate about building great brands and loves partnering with both corporate teams and franchisees to create something lasting. He brings together the "art" of qualitative insight and the "science" of quantitative analysis to make sound, creative decisions.

Elliot holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Psychology from the same university, where he graduated with honors and departmental distinction.
