Chief Technology Officer

Chris brings deep experience across technology leadership, digital transformation, product development, data and analytics, and enterprise systems. Over the past decade, he has focused on franchise retail businesses, holding leadership roles in both private and public companies. Currently he serves as Chief Technology Officer at Radiance Holdings, where he leads technology strategy and execution for Sola Salons and Woodhouse Spas. His work centers on scaling operations, securing digital infrastructure, and driving business value through innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Radiance, Chris served as the interim CIO for Fantastic Sams, guiding enterprise technology decisions and laying the groundwork for modernization across franchise systems. Before that, he spent nearly 10 years at Planet Fitness, where he led global technology teams supporting 18.5 million members across 2,500+ locations. He drove digital and data initiatives that improved customer engagement, streamlined operations, and unlocked new revenue streams for a $5B system-wide business.

Chris holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire. He lives in southern New Hampshire with his wife and four children, where he enjoys staying active on his peloton bike, golfing, skiing, and playing pickleball. He loves traveling to new cities with his wife and friends and he’s also a fan of a good book, a great series, and any time spent with his family.
