Charlotte Kaylor serves as the VP of People Operations at Radiance Holdings. Charlotte joined Radiance in September of 2020 shortly after the acquisition of the Woodhouse Spas. Prior to her role with Radiance, Charlotte served as the head of human resources for USA Rugby.

Charlotte is known for her empathetic, people first mindset and her strong strategic thinking skills. She is passionate about driving business results by driving engagement, psychological safety and creative problem solving regarding all things people.

Charlotte lives in Denver with her husband Aaron and her two girls – Margaret and Harper.
